Arkle ePos includes a complete audit trail which enables the user to see what has been changed, by who and when. Reports and audit trails are available in real time, and can be viewed both centrally and in shops.
Security reports include:
- Scan After Off: View bets scanned after the off.
- Edit After Off: View bets edited after the off.
- Incorrect Price Taken: View a bet where the customer has taken a different price to the system price when bet was placed.
- Manually Settled Bets: View bets not settled by the bet-settling engine
Security reports are interactive and you can store comments in the system to explain late bets or incorrect prices. These comments can then be graded by management/security staff.
