Helpdesk & C#/VB.NET Junior Developer Role
Helpdesk Part of Role
Provide Technical help to customers using our software products via telephone and skype.
Running T-SQL Scripts and monitoring databases.
Providing training/support to our customers via remote desktop.
On job training will be provided for this.
Development Part of Role
Developing and/or modifying existing ASP.NET websites for our clients.
Developing and/or modifying existing C#/VB.NET WPF or Windows forms client applications for our customers.
Ideal Candidate
Role would suit a computer science student, and hours would be evenings and weekends, and also summer work.
Any experience in C#, VB.NET, WPF & ASP.NET would be beneficial but not essential.
